UPDATE:  Patriots Are Likely To Sign Fernando Bryant

As former Detroit Lions cornerback Fernando Bryant continues to sort through his options, a league source tells us that Bryant could end up filling one of the voids created by the departure from New England of Asante Samuel and Randall Gay.  Bryant currently is in New England, visiting the Patriots.  Per the source, the nine-year veteran also has an offer on the table with the Denver Broncos.
